This training module for CPRAED certification renewal was very quick and easy enough for anyone to understand My only other comment is that while watching the Child CPR videos you will notice that the directions for two person rescue verbalizes changing the cycle to which is correct but the demonstration continues to show a cycle of Otherwise this is a great teaching tool that can be watched anytime and anyone can learn how to perform CPR for free without a certificate
