Id recommend to anyone who has never taken these courses in person to take them in person at least a few times first I have recertified my CPR and First Aid and taken more advanced Wilderness First Responder courses This was a great way for me to refamiliarize myself with the material and keep up to date with the latest changes protocols change often I feel these online courses were adequate for recertification
